Exhibit at Make Joy 2026

 

Make Joy is a one-day curated yarn and craft festival taking place on Saturday 7 November 2026 at Woolwich Works, in the heart of the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, London.

We bring together indie dyers, yarn sellers, makers, and notion and accessory sellers for a day that celebrates craft, community, and creativity. If you'd like to be part of it, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we're looking for

Make Joy is a curated festival, which means we carefully select our exhibitors to ensure a varied and complementary mix. We welcome applications from:

  • Independent hand dyers

  • Commercial yarn sellers

  • Makers of knitwear and crochet

  • Sellers of notions, needles, hooks, project bags, and accessories

We particularly encourage applications from makers based in or around London.

What it costs

The exhibitor table fee is £150 for the full day.

There is a non-refundable application fee of £10, payable at the time of application. This covers the cost of administration and selection and is not refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.

  3. Complete the form in full — incomplete applications will not be considered

Applications open 1 June 2026 and close 30 June 2026. All applicants will be notified of the outcome by 31 July 2026.

Before you apply

A few things that will make your application stronger:

  • Photos matter most. Make sure you submit clear, well-lit images of your products. This is the single biggest factor in our selection process.

  • Be specific. Tell us exactly what you make or sell and what makes it distinctive — vague descriptions don't give us enough to go on.

  • Think about the one-day format. Make Joy is a single day. We're looking for makers who have considered what that means for their range, price spread, and setup.

  • Check your links. We will look at your website and social media as part of our selection, so make sure everything is current and your accounts are public.
